3 User rights

Under applicable law, you have various rights to your personal information. If you would like to assert these rights, please send your request by e-mail or by post with a clear identification of your person to the address specified in section 1.1.

3.1 Right to confirmation and information

You have the right at any time to obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed. If this is the case, you have the right to ask us for free information about your personal data stored together with a copy of this data.

3.2 Right to rectification

You have the right to demand immediate correction of incorrect personal data concerning you. In consideration of the purposes of processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary statement.

3.3 Right to cancellation

According to Art. 17 (1) GDPR, you have the right to request that personal data relating to you be deleted immediately. We are obliged to delete personal data immediately if one of the following reasons applies:

  1. The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed
  2. They revoke their consent, on which the processing was based on Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 a) GDPR or Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR, and there is no other legal basis for the processing..
  3. Sie legen gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 1 DSGVO Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung ein und es liegen keine vorrangigen berechtigten Gründe für die Verarbeitung vor, oder Sie legen gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 2 DSGVO Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung ein.
  4. Die personenbezogenen Daten wurden unrechtmäßig verarbeitet.
3.4 Recht auf Einschränkun der Verarbeitung

Sie haben das Recht, von uns die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung zu verlangen, wenn eine der folgenden Voraussetzungen gegeben ist:

  1. Die Richtigkeit der personenbezogenen Daten wird von Ihnen bestritten, und zwar für eine Dauer, die es uns ermöglicht, die Richtigkeit der personenbezogenen Daten zu überprüfen,
  2. die Verarbeitung unrechtmäßig ist und Sie die Löschung der personenbezogenen Daten ablehnten und stattdessen die Einschränkung der Nutzung der personenbezogenen Daten verlangt haben,
  3. wir die personenbezogenen Daten für die Zwecke der Verarbeitung nicht länger benötigen, Sie die Daten jedoch zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen benötigen, oder
  4. Sie Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 1 DSGVO eingelegt haben, solange noch nicht feststeht, ob die berechtigten Gründe unseres Unternehmens gegenüber den Ihren überwiegen.
3.5 Right to Data Portability

Sie haben das Recht, die Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie uns bereitgestellt haben, in einem strukturierten, gängigen und maschinenlesbaren Format zu erhalten, und Sie haben das Recht, diese Daten einem anderen Verantwortlichen ohne Behinderung durch uns zu übermitteln, sofern

3.6 Right to object

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6 (1) sentence 1 (e) or (f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We no longer process personal information, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the purposes of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

If personal data are processed by us in order to operate direct mail, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct mail
