Reclaim Rubber
Recycled rubber material as a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to Rubber in primary forms – suitable for use as a filler in rubber compounds.
Our reclaimed rubber (also known as reclaim rubber) is produced through the chemical and thermal processing of waste rubber, such as scrap tires. During this process, the vulcanization is partially reversed, making the material plastically deformable again and allowing it to be blended with other rubbers. We work with various grades of reclaimed rubber, which are used as cost-effective additives in technical rubber products, flooring, and molded parts. The use of reclaimed rubber reduces the demand for primary raw materials, thereby contributing to resource conservation and the circular economy – while still offering acceptable technical properties for many applications.
