Product Description

Rubber compounds are pre-prepared mixtures in which natural rubber has been processed with fillers, vulcanizing agents, plasticizers, and other additives to form a homogeneous mass. We offer a wide range of such compounds – including tire compounds, technical rubber compounds, and specialty compounds for specific applications. These compounds eliminate the need for processing companies to carry out their own mixing process and ensure consistent quality. They are suitable for various processing methods such as extrusion, calendering, and injection molding, and meet the requirements of the automotive, mechanical engineering, and electrical industries.

Ethylene-propylene terpolymer (EPDM)
High resistance to ozone and weathering / e.g., for outdoor use
Ethylene-propylene copolymer (EPM)
Not suitable for cross-linking / e.g., for cable manufacturing
Butyl rubber (IIR)
Excellent air impermeability / e.g., for hoses carrying air and gas
Butadiene rubber (BR)
Like SBR, but with better wet adhesion / for tire and conveyor belt manufacturing
