Rubber powder
Finely ground rubber powder from recycled sources – available in both screened and unscreened forms – ideal as an additive or filler in various industries.
Product Description
Rubber powder is produced by finely grinding rubber waste, typically from scrap tires and newly manufactured rubber compounds. K&K Elastomere supplies it in a screened form with a defined particle size, as well as in an unscreened version for less demanding applications. When used in its screened form, rubber powder improves the flexibility and impact resistance of plastics, asphalt, bitumen, facades, and masonry. It is also ideal as a filler in the manufacture of seals, mats, and technical rubber products. The fineness of the ground material significantly influences the properties of the final product-finer powders allow for more uniform incorporation and better surface quality.
